Straightforward to deal with and answered all my various questions during the initial conversation and follow up questions via email. He made it really easy for my parents to pick the car up in my absence and went to every length to make sure the vehicle was ready to just drive away.

I have subsequently had a slight mechanical issue with the car, no fault of Hendy’s and the way in which the service team dealt with it was outstanding - no quibble, speedy reply due to urgency of a breakdown situation and reimbursed me for the battery required. Communication throughout has been outstanding and really genuine. I have never, ever bought from a dealership in my life and honestly, it has changed my opinion on buying cars - the service and peace of mind from such a professional group has been exemplary.
