I'd endorse Hendy Car Store Portsmouth because I found the car on Autotrader and called Hendy to find out a bit more as it was 55 miles form where i live. I spoke to Mike Murphy who sent me a video and assured me the car was extremely clean and in good order. I arranged to visit and Mike confirmed that if i did like the car it was ready to drive away. I visited the showroom and from start to finish Mike was excellent and made the process extremely easy. I explained i didnt need any of the other packages on offer and he didt push me in any way. Entire experience was excellent and i drove away in the car.

My experience at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth could have been better because I have found an issue with the vehicle I purchased from this store a day or so after. I've emailed Keelan, the salesman about the problem, I have tried to call numerous times as well, but it feels like my call is deliberately not being answered and my emails ignored. The after care is practically none existent.

My experience at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth was positive because the salesman was very good and explained everything it's just trying to get hold of service department. Unfortunately I broke down after leaving store trying to find out afterwards was a night.

Codi was absolutely fantastic in supporting the purchase of my new car. The dealership was always available if I had questions. Codi and her team made buying a car an easy experience.
